Welcome to Verlant Supply. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and return guidelines. Please review them carefully before completing your order.

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the size, weight, and specialized packaging of our heavy-duty storage products, we maintain strict requirements for returns to protect product integrity and keep shipping free for all customers.

  • Factory-Sealed Unopened Box Requirement: We accept returns strictly on unopened, factory-sealed boxes within 30 days of delivery. If the box has been opened, unsealed, or unpacked, we are not required to accept a return or issue a refund.

  • Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unopened packaging, in the exact condition you received it, and suitable for immediate resale.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the product arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and arranging freight/carrier pickup for unopened items.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Parts

If your package arrives damaged during transit or is missing components upon delivery, do not worry:

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at verlantsupply@gmail.com.

  • Provide clear photos of the outer shipping box, the damaged parts, and your order number.

  • We will ship replacement parts or a replacement unit to you immediately at zero additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders enter our automated warehouse queue almost immediately. If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or dispatched to the carrier, it cannot be canceled and falls under our standard unopened return policy.

Terms of Service Highlights

  • Product Usage: Our products are designed and rated for specified weight limits 3,000 lbs total / 600 lbs per tier. Exceeding these weight limits or improperly assembling the unit voids all warranty claims and safety liabilities.

  • Pricing & Accuracy: We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update product specifications, or cancel orders placed with incorrect details.
